  • Remember doing the school pride circuit work at the beginning of the challenge? This one works the same way - except you use the names of the students who have birthdays this month! Here’s how it works: Take a screen shot (swipe left) or print off a copy (link in profile) of the #teacherfitnesschallenge A-Z Circuit Work. Spell out the name of each student who has a birthday during the month of September and complete the activity listed for each letter. Continue going through the names of the birthday students until you have met your workout time goal listed below: ***Beginners - 20 minutes at least 3 days this week **Intermediate - 30 minutes at least 3 days this week **Advanced - 35 minutes for at least 3 days this week If you don’t get through all of the students’ names, don’t worry, just pick back up where you left off the next time you work out!   • We had fun learning about the 5 senses at our co-op today. The kiddos rotated through 5 different stations and we "tested" their senses with 3-4 different items. The younger groups glued an example from our tests, while the two older groups got to choose what item from the tests they wanted to draw.
